What’s in a name?

Max’s grandfather’s name was John. Robyn liked the name Jack (a derivative of John), and Max had a dream in which our child was called Jackson. So, Jack’s name is Jackson, but he’s called Jack. Louis is in honor of Max’s uncle Louis Rose, who died in May 2005.

Jack turned FOUR in January! Our little baby is now a big boy. Jack’s birthday was Harry Potter themed. We had a huge Hogwarts cake and lots of friends came.

We spent Christmas in Pittsburgh, PA with Grandma Sandy and Grandpa Clyde. We were able to visit GG (Great Grandma Trimble) and Aunt Pam as well. 

For the record, Jack is 35 pounds and is about 38 inches tall. 

Jack’s interests include Dinosaur Train, Sesame Street, Thomas & Friends (trains), and anything Disney/Pixar related. He takes ballet and looks forward to playing soccer this summer.

Oh, and although Jack has been asking for a baby sister. Say prayers that he gets his wish sooner rather than later.
